Late November we all jumped into cars and headed about an hour outside of the city to a gorgeous masia (Spanish farm house) in the Vic area where we ate like kings, played some tennis, some futbaline, some Wii, feasted on Shanti’s butter chicken and managed to cook up two large paellas; one of which was done in the outside BBQ.

The 8-bedroom Masia was incredible, and included a fully stocked kitchen, pool, tennis court, and nothing in view for miles. It was a great way to relax and thanks to Raoul all 18 of us, plus babies and toddlers, had an incredible time. Below are some pics of the paella feast.
